Terms of Service
Last updated Oct 14, 2026
These Terms govern your use of xhealthnetwork (the "Site"), published by Caresoft Systems Private Limited, a company incorporated in India, CIN U72900MH2022PTC387875, GSTIN 27AAKCC5044M1ZB, registered office 311, Mahesh Industrial Estate, Silver Park, Mira Road (East), Thane, Maharashtra 401107, India ("Caresoft", "xhealthnetwork", "we", "us").
By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Where we are, and why we say so.
xhealthnetwork covers American healthcare and is written from Mumbai, India. Our team works from India, our company is Indian, and Indian law governs these Terms.
We think the distance is useful. We have no relationships with US health systems, payers or vendors to protect, and no reason to soften a story for anyone. But you should know it before you rely on us, not after.
Three things, up front.
1. xhealthnetwork publishes business information. Nothing here is medical, legal, tax, investment or professional advice — and nothing here should be used to make a clinical decision about any patient.
2. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a vendor listed in our marketplace, or any employer posting a job.
3. Rankings, scores and tool listings are our editorial opinion based on the methodology we publish. They are not certifications, endorsements or statements of fact about any organization.
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Editorial Standards, Corrections Policy, Advertising & Sponsorship Disclosure, DMCA Policy and Accessibility Statement.

1. What xhealthnetwork is
xhealthnetwork is a business intelligence publication and B2B directory covering US healthcare. We publish news, analysis, interviews, podcasts, rankings and research, and operate directories of vendors, AI tools, startups, events and jobs.
| xhealthnetwork does | xhealthnetwork does not |
|---|---|
| Publish journalism and analysis | Provide medical, legal, tax or investment advice |
| List vendors, tools, events and jobs | Sell, resell or supply any vendor's product |
| Publish rankings under a stated methodology | Certify, accredit or endorse any organization |
| Track AI tools and their publicly stated regulatory status | Verify clinical performance or approve any tool |
| Carry advertising and sponsored content, labeled | Let advertisers direct editorial coverage |
2. Where we publish from
- xhealthnetwork is published by Caresoft Systems Private Limited, an Indian company based in Mumbai. Our editorial and commercial teams work from India.
- Indian law governs these Terms (§29). We are subject to Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- We voluntarily follow several US standards because our readers are American — CAN-SPAM for email, FTC guidance on advertising disclosure, DMCA for copyright complaints, and WCAG for accessibility. We do that because it is right for our readers, not only where law compels it.
- We offer the privacy rights in our Privacy Policy to every reader, wherever they are, whether or not a particular state law applies to us.
- We are not registered or established in the United States and do not maintain a US office.
3. No professional advice
xhealthnetwork publishes business information. Nothing on this Site is medical, clinical, legal, tax, accounting, investment, regulatory or other professional advice, and nothing creates a professional relationship.
Nothing on this Site should be used to diagnose, treat or make any decision about the care of any patient. Coverage of a drug, device, AI tool or clinical practice is business reporting, not clinical guidance.
Consult qualified professionals before acting on anything you read here.
4. Eligibility
- The Site is for business and professional use by adults 18 or older.
- It is written for a United States readership and published from India. If you access it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for local law.
- The Site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
- If you use the Site for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
5. Accounts
- Some features require an account — vendor listings, job posting, saved research.
- Give accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Tell [email protected] immediately about any unauthorized use.
- We never ask for your password. Any message that does is fraudulent.
- We may refuse, suspend or terminate an account at our discretion.
6. The Daily Grid
- We confirm every address before sending, so nobody is subscribed without consent.
- Every email carries a working one-click unsubscribe, honored promptly and within 10 business days at the latest.
- Every email carries our registered postal address in Mumbai, as CAN-SPAM requires of anyone emailing US recipients.
- We may send occasional messages about reports, events and the Site. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages about an account you hold.
- We do not sell, rent or trade our subscriber list.
7. Editorial independence
Advertisers and sponsors do not control, review or influence our editorial coverage. They do not see articles before publication, cannot approve or veto coverage, and cannot buy favorable treatment, a ranking position, or removal of a story.
Our Editorial Standards and Corrections Policy govern how we report and fix errors. Paid content is labeled under our Advertising & Sponsorship Disclosure.
8. Rankings and scores
Rankings, scores and lists on xhealthnetwork are statements of editorial opinion, based on the data sources and methodology we publish alongside them. They are not certifications, accreditations, endorsements, or statements of verifiable fact about any organization's quality, safety or performance.
- Methodology, data sources, time period and known limitations are published with every ranking. Read them before drawing conclusions.
- Rankings rely on publicly available data and self-reported information, which may be incomplete, out of date or wrong at source. We do not audit it.
- A ranking reflects what the methodology measured, and says nothing about what it did not measure.
- Position cannot be purchased, and advertising with us has no effect on it (§7).
- An organization that believes a ranking rests on incorrect data may submit a correction under our Corrections Policy. We will review the data and publish a correction where we got it wrong. Disagreement with the methodology is not an error.
- Do not represent an xhealthnetwork ranking as an award, certification or accreditation. Accurate attribution — "ranked #N by xhealthnetwork, [date], [ranking name]" — is fine; implying endorsement is not.
9. AI tools and FDA status
xhealthnetwork does not evaluate, test, validate or approve any AI tool. We track what is publicly stated and what regulatory records show.
- Where we describe a tool as FDA-cleared, approved or authorized, that reflects our reading of the relevant public FDA record at the time of listing, and we cite the submission number where available.
- Regulatory status is specific to an indication, a version and a context of use. Verify current status and exact scope in the FDA's own databases before relying on it.
- Status changes without our knowing. Our listing is a snapshot, not a live regulatory record.
- Many tools are not FDA-regulated at all. Absence of a clearance notation does not mean a tool is unlawful; presence of one does not mean it suits your use.
- We do not assess clinical performance, bias, safety or real-world accuracy, and a listing is not a recommendation to deploy anything in patient care.
- Report an incorrect regulatory notation to [email protected] and we will verify and fix it.
10. The marketplace
xhealthnetwork is not a party to any transaction between you and a vendor. We do not sell, resell, supply, warrant or guarantee any product or service listed, and we are not an agent, broker or reseller.
- Listings come from vendors or public sources. We do not verify claims, pricing, capability, certifications, security posture or compliance status beyond any verification we expressly describe.
- "Vetted" or "verified" means only what we say it means on the relevant page — typically that the company exists and basic details check out. It is not a quality assessment, a security audit or a compliance attestation.
- Do your own diligence. A healthcare organization evaluating a vendor should run its own security review, HIPAA and BAA assessment, reference checks and contract review. Nothing here substitutes for that.
- Any contract, payment, delivery or dispute is between you and the vendor.
11. Vendor listings
If you list a company, you also agree:
- Everything you submit is accurate, current and not misleading.
- You will not claim FDA clearance, HITRUST, SOC 2, HIPAA compliance or any certification you do not hold, and will produce evidence on request.
- You hold all rights to logos, images, copy and customer names submitted, and any customer named has consented.
- You will update or remove a listing that becomes inaccurate, and tell us promptly if a regulatory status changes.
- You will not list a company you do not represent.
- We may edit for length, format and compliance, and may remove any listing at any time.
A false regulatory or certification claim is grounds for immediate removal, and we may publish a correction noting that a previously listed claim was unsubstantiated.
12. The jobs board
- Postings come from employers. xhealthnetwork is not the employer, not a staffing agency, and not a party to any employment relationship.
- We do not verify that a posting is genuine or that stated compensation is accurate.
- Employers warrant that postings comply with applicable employment law, including equal opportunity and pay-transparency requirements, and must not discriminate on any protected basis.
- We never charge job seekers. Any posting or message asking a candidate for a fee or payment details is fraudulent — report it to [email protected].
- Applying through the Site sends your application to that employer, who then handles it under their own practices.
- We may remove any posting at any time.
13. Events
Event listings are informational. xhealthnetwork is not the organizer unless we say so expressly, and is not responsible for content, cancellation, refunds or conduct. Verify details with the organizer.
14. Reports and sponsorship
- Where a report is sponsored, that is disclosed prominently on the report itself, and the sponsor does not control findings — see the Advertising & Sponsorship Disclosure.
- Reports present analysis as of their publication date and are not updated unless we say so.
- Reports are licensed for your organization's internal use. Do not redistribute, resell or post publicly without written permission.
- Where a sponsor receives registrant details, that is disclosed at the point of download.
15. Content you submit
- You keep ownership of what you submit.
- You grant Caresoft a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for format, publish, display and distribute it on the Site and in related promotion, while posted and thereafter in our archives.
- You confirm you own or control all rights, that it is accurate, and that it infringes nothing.
- Unsolicited pitches and tips are welcome but are not confidential unless we agree otherwise in writing in advance. Contact an editor first if something is sensitive.
- We may edit, refuse, remove or archive any submission.
16. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically extract content or directory data except as robots.txt permits;
- use any part of the Site to train, fine-tune or evaluate an AI or machine learning model (§17);
- republish or redistribute substantial portions of our content (§19);
- post false, misleading, defamatory, infringing or unlawful content;
- claim certifications, clearances or customers you do not have;
- impersonate anyone, or post for a company you do not represent;
- access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to;
- probe or test the Site's security without written authorization;
- interfere with the Site's operation or impose unreasonable load;
- circumvent any paywall, access control or rate limit;
- use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages to our users;
- use contact information from the Site for any purpose other than the one it was published for.
17. No AI training on our content
Use of xhealthnetwork content to train, fine-tune, evaluate or ground any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, including large language models, is expressly prohibited without our prior written permission.
This is a condition of access. Automated systems ingesting the Site for these purposes are not authorized users, and our robots.txt and TDM-Reservation-Protocol signals are to be respected.
We will consider licensing — [email protected].
18. Our intellectual property
The Site, its content, design, compilations, rankings methodologies, databases, logos and the marks "xhealthnetwork" and "The Daily Grid" belong to Caresoft Systems Private Limited or its licensors, protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark law. Nothing transfers any right except the limited licence in §19.
19. What you may do with our content
You may: read, print and save articles for your own or your organization's internal use; share a link; and quote a short excerpt with clear attribution and a link to the original.
| You may not | |
|---|---|
| Republish a full article or a substantial part | No |
| Reproduce a ranking table, dataset or report in whole or substantial part | No |
| Use our content in a commercial product, newsletter or AI system | No |
| Remove attribution, bylines or copyright notices | No |
| Imply xhealthnetwork endorses you because we covered you | No |
Reprints and syndication: [email protected].
20. Third-party links and content
The Site links to third-party sites and displays third-party content. We do not control and are not responsible for it, and a link is not an endorsement.
21. Copyright complaints
We act on notices of alleged copyright infringement under India's Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules.
We also maintain a registered DMCA agent with the United States Copyright Office and follow the DMCA notice-and-takedown process, because most of our readers and rights-holders are American and that is the process they know. Registration is open to service providers outside the US, and we have taken it.
Our agent and the required notice format are in the DMCA Policy. We terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
22. Grievance Officer
As an Indian intermediary we publish a Grievance Officer under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.
Grievance Officer: Rajeev Pillai
Email: [email protected]
Address: Caresoft Systems Private Limited, 311, Mahesh Industrial Estate, Silver Park, Mira Road (East), Thane, Maharashtra 401107, India
Acknowledgement within 24 hours; resolution within 15 days.
Use this route for complaints about content on the Site, including requests to remove unlawful material. Corrections to journalism go to [email protected] under the Corrections Policy, which is usually faster.
23. Accessibility
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If you hit a barrier, tell us at [email protected] and we will work with you to get you the information. See the Accessibility Statement.
24. Paid services and payment from abroad
- Advertising, sponsored content, enhanced listings, job postings and report sponsorship are governed by your insertion order, which prevails on commercial matters.
- Fees are as stated, exclusive of applicable taxes.
- We invoice from India as an export of services. Payment is by international transfer or an accepted gateway, in the currency stated on the order. Bank charges and currency conversion are for the payer's account unless the order says otherwise.
- We provide tax documentation a US payer may need, including a completed W-8BEN-E on request, so that withholding is correctly applied under the India–US tax treaty.
- Paid placements are non-refundable once published, except where the order says otherwise or we fail to publish.
- Buying advertising does not buy editorial coverage, a ranking position, or removal of a story (§7). We will refund rather than accept that condition.
25. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms or for any reason. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections 15 to 20 and 26 to 29 survive.
26. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT; THAT RANKINGS, SCORES OR LISTINGS ARE FREE FROM ERROR; THAT ANY REGULATORY STATUS SHOWN IS CURRENT OR CORRECTLY SCOPED; THAT ANY VENDOR, TOOL, EMPLOYER OR EVENT IS LEGITIMATE, SOLVENT OR SUITABLE; THAT ANY JOB POSTING IS GENUINE; OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
27. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARESOFT SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (b) US $100 (OR THE EQUIVALENT IN INDIAN RUPEES).
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR: ANY DECISION MADE IN RELIANCE ON OUR CONTENT; ANY TRANSACTION WITH A VENDOR, EMPLOYER OR EVENT ORGANIZER; ANY VENDOR'S PRODUCT, CLAIM OR CONDUCT; ANY REGULATORY STATUS PROVING INCORRECT OR OUT OF DATE; OR ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT.
NOTHING LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, INCLUDING FOR FRAUD.
28. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Caresoft Systems Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees and contributors from claims, damages, liabilities, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Site; content you submit, including any inaccurate certification or regulatory claim in a listing; your breach of these Terms or any law; or your infringement of any third party's rights.
29. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
- The parties will try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally for 60 days after written notice to [email protected].
- Failing that, disputes are finally settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by agreement, seated in Mumbai, Maharashtra, conducted in English. Proceedings may be held by video where either party is outside India.
- Subject to arbitration, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court to protect intellectual property.
For readers outside India. Nothing in this section removes a right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of your own country that cannot be contracted out of. Where such a right applies, it stands alongside this section.
30. General and contact
- Changes. We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date changes and material changes are announced on the Site. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the incorporated policies are the whole agreement about the Site.
- Assignment. You may not assign. We may assign to an affiliate or in a merger or sale of assets. Where xhealthnetwork is later transferred to a separate publishing entity, we will announce it on the Site before the transfer takes effect.
- Severability, waiver, force majeure, headings — standard.
- These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
